Automatic Extraction of Similar Cases by Using Legal Cases Text Data

(in English) The legal cases are the judicial precedents that the concrete cases shown by court in trials. It is difficult to grasp all the contents of legal cases with human power because the legal case texts are a large quantity of document data. Therefore, in this study, it is intended to support lawyer duties by extracting similar cases, automatically. It becomes easy to forecast judicial decision of a new case by automatically extracting cases that are similar to the situation and the content of the new case.
