In this paper, we consider the recovery of sparse (0,1)-vectors from sparse signature matrix based on deep neural network. We designed an efficient neural network to achieve good convergence. First, we propose a feedforward network structure to process the superimposed signal to detect which devices are active, recover a sparse (0, 1)-vector which represent the working state of all the devices. Second, we give the balance of the number of nodes for each layer and the number of layers in the hidden layer. Finally, we compare the performance with traditional solutions. |
