The analog radio over fiber (A-RoF) employing directly modulated VCSEL and multi-mode fibers is one of the technique of radio signal relay for radio insensitive area in particular for high SHF bands. In this work, we designed optical module with integrating photodiode, simplified bias-tee circuit, and low noise amplifier on one print board. In addition, we evaluated transmission characteristics of it for 28 GHz RF signal with 90 MHz bandwidth.
