(in English) A IoT (Internet of Things) system using the 920 MHz band in indoor environment has become widespread.
The IoT devices are placed indoors at various locations and installed fixed or semi-fixed. In addition, the polarization characteristics of the antenna may differ from each device. It is generally known that radio wave propagation characteristics in indoor environment are multipath rich. Therefore, in order to communicate with these devices, it is necessary to design an optimal antenna corresponding to the radio wave propagation characteristics in the actual usage environment and device’s characteristics.
In this paper, we propose antennas with three diversity effects, such as directivity, polarization, and space to realize stable communication. Finally, we confirm its effectiveness by experimental evaluation in an actual indoor environment.
