Block Diagonalization using Pseudo Inverse Matrix for MU-MIMO

(in English) The 5th Generation(5G) will introduce MU-MIMO to achieve super high bit rate. Also, Massive MIMO will be effective to compensate the propagation loss due to use of high frequency bands such as millimeter waves. However, the calculation complexity of MU-MIMO control increases due to increase of the number of antennas of the base station and users. This paper proposes a linear control method for MU-MIMO weight calculation that realizes block diagonalization using pseudo inverse matrix of the propagation channel matrix and performs spatial multiplexing of the users. In the proposed method, the calculation complexity is reduced using Thin SVD which omits calculation of the noise subspace by singular value decomposition. Also, communication performance and computation complexity is compared with BD method which is one of the MU-MIMO control, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.
