Service Quality Model Creation Method for Quality Optimization for Multiple Service

(in English) Telecommunications carriers are engaged in service maintenance to provide high quality services. There are researches to clarify the quality to be maintained by measuring / estimating the user experience quality (QoE), network quality (QoS) and other indicators from the service status. However, since users generally use multiple applications simultaneously, it is difficult to provide QoE / QoS required by users if they do not understand not only individual service status but also user status.
In this paper, we propose and evaluate a method of creating a service quality control model that expresses the relationship between the QoS / QoE of multiple applications that are the user's state and the controllable parameters by telecommunications carriers.
