In the cultivation of Shiitake mushroom, the amount of harvested Shiitake mushroom increased around the lightning strike point.
The increase in the yield is reproduced by applying a high voltage directly to bed-log.
However, in practice, there are few cases of direct lightning strikes to bed-logs.
Therefore, direct application of high voltage does not match natural conditions.
We applied an artificial lightning, that simulates the natural environment. An increase in the yield of Shiitake mushroom was confirmed experimentally.
In this article, we report on the effects of shockwaves other than direct electrical stimulation on bed-logs. |
