| (in English) | In recent years, prevention activities has been conducted for projects undertaken in the manufacturing and IT industries. It is especially important to subject the project activities to a reflective process. The framework for this reflective process involves the strategy of Keep, Problem, Try (KPT). In this report, we analyze the KPT views obtained from applying the KPT strategy to reflective project activities. 4M factor was employed as one of our analysis methods in conjunction with quantitative content analysis. Text mining of the KPT views was conducted to quantify the views from the reflective process for further insight. | |
