We developed 8K 119.88-Hz (120-Hz) encoder to transmit videos with smoother motions. To evaluate the image quality improvement effect of our encoder, we conducted a subjective evaluation experiment as well as an objective image quality assessment. From the results, we found that the required bit rates for 8K 120-Hz videos is around 85 Mbps. |
