It is pointed out that aging changes in posture lead to headaches, visceral diseases and fall accidents. In this paper, we aim at interface design to support elderly people to notice such changes of posture, and a posture age model for simply evaluation of posture in daily life. We introduce a proposal of and an example of using it at a physical strength measurement test of healthy elderly people. And we suggest the method using the laser pointer as an exercise to reduce such age-related change of posture in daily life. |
