[Invited Talk] Characteristics of positioning with radiowave

(in English) In this report, results of positioning experiments using radiowaves are shown. This report consists of two-dimensional positioning in indoors using Doppler radar, processing of AIS (Automatic Identification System) information in which ships transmit their own position, and positioning experiments using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) radiowaves. In positioning with Doppler radar, the distance estimation to the human body by changing the threshold of received radiowave intensity is proposed. In AIS information processing, result that a higher altitude of the ship monitoring station does not always provide the maximum detection distance is shown. With AIS information, the distance that ship would act collision avoidance action is estimated. For GNSS positioning, the positioning accuracy using commercial receiver modules is compared.
