Surface Displacement Measurement by MIMO Interferometric Radar

(in English) We developed a new signal processing algorithm for a commercial MIMO radar system which operates at 24 GHz and established a high portability surface displacement monitoring system. The proposed system uses the Differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (DInSAR) algorithm and extracts coherent scatterers by dispersion of amplitude variation monitoring. The system also can measure rapid displacement. By several experiments, we validated that the system can measure the surface displacement less than 1 mm. These results indicate that the system has a good potential of the surface displacement monitoring in engineering applications.
