| (in English) | It is widely recognized that process improvement activities are important in organizations that develop systems. Using CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) as the tool, we are working with the goal of achieving maturity level 3. However, if the activity breaks down, the resources of the indirect department, become unnecessary, so it often remains as a PMO (Project Management Office). However, the role as PMO after finishing CMMI activities has not been specifically proposed, and in many cases the original purpose has not been achieved. In this research, we use the case of the company that finished the CMMI level activities first, and outline what role the PMO plays in the company. After pointing out the problems in that case, we propose the role of process improvement and the method of transferring technology to the project manager as in-house consulting. When this proposed method is applied to actual development sites, it is expected that the proposed method will be effective in improvement of the reuse rate and implementation of autonomous improvement of PM. | |
