| (in English) | Today, the maintenance of various kinds of infrastructures are important and difficult issue because the national budget is strict and Japanese population is decreasing and aging. Infrastructures which are needed to undergo preventive maintenance may be prolonged to next year because maintenance works are performed by local governments and their budget for maintenance is determined at the start of fiscal year. In this paper, we consider optimal maintenance policies considering Maintenance Delay. |
