(in English) This paper proposed a novel reflectarray to achieve switching of the direction of radio waves that composed of meta-surface loaded with diodes. The bias circuit for diodes that switch of the radiation pattern was designed using HFSS analysis for metasurface. The measurement results show that the radiation pattern changes by switching of the diode.
