Examination of power quality by PCS output suppression function at solar power generation surplus

(in English) In recent years, the development of a micro grid utilizing a photovoltaic power generation device which is one of renewable energy is being carried out. However, when the output of the distributed type power supply is larger than the capacity of the load or the storage battery, surplus electric power is generated and it is forced to stop the PCS for solar power generation. Therefore, in this paper, in order to demonstrate the superiority of the output suppressing function when the PCS for photovoltaic power generation is operated autonomously, when the power generated by the photovoltaic power generator is larger than the power consumed by the load, we report on the power quality of the PCS for solar power generation and the load by the presence or absence of the output suppressing function when the power generated by the photovoltaic power generator is larger than the power consumed by the load.
