Feasibility Study of Through the Wall ISAR Imaging with Extremely Low Power Radar System

(in English) Extremely low power (ELP) radio station requires no license of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan.
In Japanese regulation, a radio station is one of the ELP if following two conditions are satisfied.
The conditions are 1) electric field strength is lower than 35~$rm{mu V/m}$ at the position where is 3~m from the transmitter, and 2) the frequency is from 322~MHz to 10~GHz, respectively.
We have simulated the feasibility of ELP radar system with licensed radio station.
To check the system as radar, we have tested the system in the scene; 1) the target is trihedral-square on a rotator, 2) there is a wall between target and radar system.
As a result, we have demonstrated that ELP radar system would be available if the radar equation is satisfied.
