This paper describes ForeSight Voice Mining that NTT TechnoCross Corp. provides for contact centers. ForeSight Voice Mining is an artificial intelligence solution system based on NTT R&D’s AI technology “corevo”. It enables us to analyze huge amount of call-data quantitatively and objectively by employing real-time speech recognition and natural language processing. It revealed us some findings such as improvement of contact center operations, increasing of customer satisfaction, and early understanding of contact center tasks. |
