(in English) To support the continuing growth in the amount of mobile cellular traffic, small cell deployments represent a promising option.
In small cell deployments, the combined usage of user association and inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC) is inevitable.
This paper investigates user association and radio resource allocation combined with ICIC in small cell deployments using multiple frequency bands and multiple types of pico base stations.
