Currently, various services using the location information of the terminal (node) are deployed.
Although GPS is mainly used as a method for estimating the position of terminals,
there exists a problem that it is difficult to use GPS indoors and underground.
Wide variety of methods have been proposed to solve this problem, but de facto standard methods do not exist yet.
Furthermore, in the other methods,
It does not take into consideration the influence on the position which estimation accuracy of the existing node when a new node is added.
In this research, we improved Vivaldi, which is one of the methods to estimate the network topology,
and proposed a wireless ad hoc networks location estimation method robust for addition of nodes.
In addition, we evaluated the position estimation accuracy of the proposed method and
the existing methods and the influence on the position estimation accuracy of the existing node when adding the node by simulation. |
