A standing wave sound field of high-intensity ultrasound pressure can be formed inside the cylinder by strongly driving two side faces of the metal cylinder in the resonance mode. At this time, it was confirmed by finite element analysis(FEA) and experiments that a traveling wave was produced by closing one end of the cylinder. In addition, it was confirmed that the traveling wave sound field was generated by an ultrasonic piston sound source placed at the opening of the cylinders. Furthermore, by simultaneous drive of both sound sources, the transportation of powers in low powder fluidity were confirmed. |
