[Poster Presentation] Digital Reduction of Third-Order Distortions in Time-Interleaved A/D Converters

(in English) Harmonic distortions appear at the output of an A/D converter (ADC) due to its nonlinearity, degrading the spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of the ADC. The conventional methods using feedback loops reduce the distortions, but decreasing the sampling rates and design costs of ADCs. In this research, we show a digital reduction method, generating correction signals from the desired signals to reduce the output distortions. MATLAB/Simulink simulations show that the proposed method decreases
the third-order harmonic distortion from $−49.8$ dBc to $−94.3$ dBc.
