| (in English) | The State-Action process chart (S-A process chart) and the Action Changes and the action-chains model (A-C model) are techniques for identifying hazards by schematizing the relationship between the state changes and the actions of the system or system element. The S - A process chart combines the actions to change the state of the system in order to develop the process leading to harm comprehensively. In the A-C model, the actions between the systems components and state changes are represented by the action chain diagram. In this report, we show the hazard schematized the A-C model and S-A process chart for the skid of the autonomous mobile robot, and the two schematized representations are compared. As the result, this study demonstrates that characteristics of both approaches are suitable for identifying complex hazards such as multiple factor, occurrence order dependence or timing of action. | |
