| (in English) | Transmission coefficients of reciprocal and passive devices such astranssmission lines always show phasedelays. However, we found that S21 and S12 of coaxial lines measured using a certain vector network analyzer (VNA) show slight phase advences at low frequencies (< 1 MHz). Different combinations VNAs and coaxial calibration kits gave similar results. In this study, we consider possible causes of the anomaly, focusing on assumptions made in VNA calibration. | |
