The passenger in the autonomous driving space has anxiety and fear in the autonomous driving systems, because of the occurrence of vehicle behavior different from its own ideal and the existence of obstacles expected to collision with the surrounding environment. It is necessary to eliminate such factors of reducing passenger comfort in order to use autonomous driving vehicles continuously, and for this purpose, it is necessary to construct close inter- actions between passengers and autonomous driving systems called Comfort Intelligence. In this research, we aim to investigate factors of "Autonomous Vehicle Stress", which is a factor of comfort reduction occurring in passengers in autonomous vehicles. Then, we propose a method to collect information of vehicle behavior, external environment, passenger’s physiological indexes by using a portable device such as smartphones. In addition, we analyze the dataset collected by this method and evaluate its usefulness. |
