An OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system needs a large amount of transmission information for improvement of the frequency utilization efficiency. In this case, however, an OFDM signal has a high PAPR (Peak to Average Power Ratio). As one of the PAPR reduction methods, the precoding method was proposed. In this method, a low PAPR signal is generated by a multiplication of a matrix generated from ZC (Zadoff-Chu) sequence and a data symbol vector. Also, the effect of the PAPR reduction is constant in the case of different ZC sequences generated by different parameters. In the past study, we concieved a method of increasing an amount of transmission information in the OFDM system. This method applies the precoding method to information transmission. We change the precoding matrix according to transmission information. In this paper, we verify that the proposed method simultareously reduces the PAPR and increases transmission information. Moreover, we study the influence of non-linear amplifier when we use it in the transmitter of the proposed method. This paper shows that the proposed method can suppress the influence of non-linear amplifier compared with the conventional OFDM system. |
