Quantum Error Correction is indispensable for large-scale quantum computing. However, quantum error correction codes such as surface code requires two-dimensional integrated qubit system which is an extremely challenging task due to wiring. To address this wiring problem, we introduce a vertical control method for superconducting qubits by using three-dimensional coaxial resonators. In this presentation, we report our experimental results obtained from implementing the cross-resonance gate on our system.
