| (in English) | Ground noise generated from external switching circuits can be coupled to the SoC of the interest via off-chip PDNs and an on-chip LDO. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze off-chip noise coupling with ground noise coupling ratio from a ground of the noise source to the ground of the LDO and on-chip noise coupling with power/ground noise to output noise coupling ratio of the LDO. Taking both off-chip PDNs and on-chip LDO noise coupling paths, our analysis allows an accurate ground integrity of a system with the hierarchical PDN with on-chip LDO regulators. | |
