In this paper, we consider a modeling method of a gene network, which simulates dynamics of repair of DNA damage, using an asynchronous cellular automaton. We show that, using an asynchronous transitions of discrete states, the model can reproduce typical bifurcation phenomena of an ODE model of a gene network. Furthermore, we implement our model and the ODE model, and make comparisons. |
