| (in English) | A mm-wave array antenna for 5G wearable applications is proposed. The antenna is composed of a patch antenna array with feed lines, parasitic elements, and a ground. The antenna has a fan-beam radiation pattern with simulated 3-dB and 10-dB beamwidths of 38.9 and 142.9, respectively. To demonstrate the antenna performance in a practical wearable environment, the antenna characteristics were simulated on a 60-GHz head phantom. The electromagnetic exposure on the head phantom was verified using specific absorption rate (SAR) and power density (PD). | |
