[Invited Talk] Measurement of Low-frequency noise by Optical feeding Radio over fiber system

(in English) Optical feeding Radio over Fiber (RoF) system is proposed for precisely low frequency noise measurement such as EMC testing. A RoF system can be reduced sensitivity to noise and electromagnetic interference compared to signal transmission on a coaxial cable. Optical feeding RoF system has higher insulation than conventional RoF system because the light receiving element operates with optical power supply. Actually EMC testing was measured by using Optical feeding RoF system and it could measure noise from equipment under test precisely without affecting by common mode noise by ground loop in the low frequency.
