Kazashi Fujita, Takako Akakura (TUS) ET2018-58
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Intellectual property law education is becoming increasingly important because to the globalization of industry. However, the current state is that university cannot secure enough class hours. Therefore, in order to acquire basic knowledge of intellectual property law, self-learning support system are mandatory. However, learning by practice problems tends to remember only answers. Therefore, in this report, we develop a problem-posing-system that is effective for learning solving methods. Because this system requires a function finding the solution automatically, we implement the function by converting legal texts of Patent Act to logical structure and writing the structure in Prolog.
