| (in English) | Likelihood ratio test of logistic regression commonly used when testing whether an attribute of data significantly influences another attribute after subtracting the influence of confounding factors. Homercite{Homer} suggested publication of test statistics of likelihood ratio test may cause privacy violation if the data contains personal information. In this study, we propose a method to realize likelihood ratio test with guarantee of differential privacy. Differential privacy is achieved by perturbing statistics to be disclosed with additive noise. When applying this method to likelihood ratio test, differential privacy is guaranteed while the significance level of the test is not properly controlled due to the noise added to the statistics. We present a method to realize differentially private likelihood ratio test for logistic regression with controlling the significance level of the test appropriately. | |
