| 抄録 | （和） | LFG は構成素間の階層的・線形的関係を表すc構造，文法関係や文法素性を表すf構造，意味関係を表すs構造などが並列的に存在し，それらが関数によって対応関係を持つ文法理論である．近年 LFG において主題や焦点を表示する情報構造（information structure）をs構造と対応づける試みが行われている．本研究では，これまで統語的な現象として分析されることが多かった複他動詞文における受領者項と対象項間に見られる人称制約を取り上げ，その制約が情報構造における主題性に起因するものであり，LFGの情報構造によって包括的な説明が与えられることを示す． |
| （英） | LFG is a constraint-based grammatical framework, in which distinct structures are organised in a parallel fashion. In addition to structures traditionally postulated in the framework such as c-structure, f-structure and s-structure, there are some attempts to formulated information structure where topic and focus configurations are encoded. The current paper highlights so-called Person Constraint, the restrictions of person feature combinations between a recipient argument and a theme argument in ditransitive constructions. Although the constraint has often been given syntax-based accounts in the literature, we show that the constraint is most naturally accounted for by relative topicality of arguments and argue that LFG's information structure gives a unified account for the phenomenon. | |
