Visualization of Middle Layers of Deep Neural Network Model for Estimation of Student's Emotional States based on the Physiological Information

(in English) Estimating the emotional state at the time of learning by the learner is an important task in learning support. The authors are building a emotional state estimation model based on physiological information. In particular, in this research, we attempted analysis and meaning of the role of the middle layer through analysis of the state change of the middle layer along the depth of the layer, for the emotional state estimation model using the deep neural network. As a result, it was possible to clarify the relationship between specific bi physiological information and emotional state.
