[Invited Talk] Neuromorphic Operation using an Atom/Ion Movement-Type Device

(in English) Artificial synaptic operation has been achieved by using an atom/ion movement-type Atomic Switch. In addition, the Atomic Switch has also realized the reproduce of psychological memorization model of the human brain. Since these operations can be performed without the circuit design and programming, it is expected that the Atomic Switch can contribute to the construction of novel neuromorphic circuit.
