The relationship between the electromagnetic radiation intensity accompanying the spherical electrode ESD and the peak discharge current was compared using a shielded-loop probe. As a result, it was confirmed that the electromagnetic radiation intensity and the peak discharge current increased with the rise of the discharge voltage and between to 600 V or 630 V at the peak. In addition, it was confirmed that the peak discharge current did not depend on the diameter of the spherical electrodes, and a tendency of peak current was different from the emitted electromagnetic wave intensity characteristic. |
