| (in English) | Cooperative systems using V2V/V2I communications are expected to improve efficiency as well as safety beyond the scope of stand-alone systems and has been widely studied. The authors have been proposed edge computing architecture to be suitable for such network systems and studied an information collection/distribution system using edge servers to support autonomous driving vehicles. This paper presents the configuration of our prototyping edge server, and shows the communication traffic reduction effect and the experimental results of the vehicle position detection function combined with roadside sensors as an autonomous driving support system. | |
