(in English) This paper will discuss the novel quantum computing model, dissipative quantum computation, and the physical implementation of quantum neural network using degenerate optical parametric oscillators and measurement-feedback circuits. In particular, we will present the basic concept, operational principle and expected performance of this novel machine.
