The Functions of 'BA' as Educational Impact by a View of the Heat of Water Figures -- What is the 'BA' Getting into Scalding Hot Water Necessary for the Change of Educational Impact --

(in English) Recently the model of 'BA' has been proposed on the basis of the theory of multiple intelligences. The theory is found through the before-after analysis of questionnaires in extracurricular activities of externship. This model indicates that the effects of learning of individuals are governed by the effects of 'BA', and its effects consist essentially of (1) the influence from being group, which is brought by the interaction with other individuals, (2) the influence from the situation, which is brought by the educational cirrcumstances of study camp with week-long externship in the countryside, and (3) the activities of individual at the beginning. From another perspective, the post-states are determined by (a) the activities of individual at the beginning, and (b) the effects of 'BA'. Here (a) and (b) can be regarded as 'body temperature' and 'system temperature', respectively. These two kinds of temperatures had been introduced by Nobuo Takahashi in business science, and who porposed heat of water figures with four quadrants: 1st quadrant: suitable temperature, 2nd quadrant: lukewarm water, 3rd quadrant: cold water, 4th quadrant: scalding hot water. This aspect is adopted to analyze the learning effects of individuals participated in externship.
