Dependence of determination methods on mutual information obtained from ISDB-T emergency warning signal reception

(in English) In an emergency, some ISDB-T television receivers would wake up themselves by receiving a broadcaster transmitted special signal. The mechanism waking up is that the tuner at the receiver continues work while the main power has turned off, and the tuner waits for the wake-up signal. On the other hand, bit error that fading and the receiver noise cause loses the information regarding the wake-up signal. In this report, the probability a receiver wrongly activated is analyzed approximating the mechanism to the asymmetric memoryless binary channel. The probability that a broadcaster advices an emergency and that would be rare, and the bit errors at the receiver are used in the approximation.
