| (in English) | Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) uses the network infrastructure of Mobile Network Operator (MNO). Namely, MVNO shares MNO’s network resource. The previous work has shown that MVNO users are more sensitive to discount and increased transmission rate than MNO users. In this paper, the traffic is shifted to off-peak hours so that the efficiency of the network resource is maximized. As an example, by taking advantage of user behaviour difference between MNO and MVNO, 10% of the traffic is shifted. If the discount of MNO and that of MVNO are 0.1 and 0.23 respectively, the total decrease of the income of operators is the minimum. | |
