Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) A device equipped with multiple wireless network interfaces can change the active interface to improve stability of Multipath TCP (MPTCP) communication. However MPTCP has a problem that throughput degrades when the condition of wireless communication deteriorates because this method works only after the transport layer detects packet losses. In this work, we propose the method to detect degradation of communication before packet loss occurs and to send data via multiple network interfaces based on frame loss rate in data link layer to prevent throughput decrease.
