Study on preparation of ZnSnO thin film by sol-gel method

(in English) Zinc tin oxide (ZnSnO:ZTO) was deposited on fluoride tin oxide films (FTO) by sol-gel method. Solution was prepared using zinc acetate dehydrate, tin chloride dehydrate, and 2-methoxyethanol, monoethanolamine. By using spin coating, the solution covered the whole FTO surface uniformly. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation revealed particles which became larger as the concentration of Sn increased. Pn junctions for solar cells were fabricated by vacuum deposition of SnS films on ZTO films . Solar power generation was observed under the sun.
