(in English) To design microwave and millimeter wave circuit with high accuracy, it is necessary to obtain the accurate complex permittivity of flexible material used for a printed electronics technology. In this report, we measured frequency and temperature dependences for the complex permittivity of 4 flexible materials by the circular empty cavity method. Also, influences of hygroscopic for the complex permittivity of the flexible material was evaluated.
