| (in English) | For student microwave circuit design contest of IEICE society conference 2017, the author designed and fabricated a 15 stages Chebyshev high-pass filter. In order to obtain a large attenuation amount, the Chebyshev characteristic of 15 stages were adopted. To reduce the substrate size, a circuit combining lumped components and distributed components was designed. Good characteristics such as substrate size of 24.0 mm by 20.0 mm and attenuation amount of -63.2 dB and insertion loss of 2.3 dB were obtained. In this report, the designed approach for 15-stage Chebyshev high-pass filter and the characteristics of the prototype filter is described. | |
