National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) has developed a small-vehicle stations equipped with the antenna system for automatic tracking for the Wideband InterNetworking engineering test and Demonstration Satellite "KIZUNA" (WINDS), it has become possible to build a satellite link while moving. We have already reported radio wave propagation measurements under a high speed mobile environment in a wide area. There is a large impact on the satellite communication by shadowing in satellite communication using directional antenna in Ka band with high rectilinearity in previous experiments. We report the results of radio wave propagation measurements and transmission characteristics in environments where electric poles are aligned at regular intervals. |
