Target Ranging Method Using the Non-uniformly Spaced Frequency Band

(in English) Synthetic bandwidth radar system, which receive target signals with different center frequencies and synthesizes the received signals, can ranging the target with high accuracy. To measure the target range without ambiguity, a continuous frequency band is necessary, but it difficult to obtain a continuous wide band frequency. On the other hand, to suppress interference waves, it is necessary to suppress output at a specific frequency by using a broadband frequency. In this paper, we propose a method to perform band synthesis processing the condition that the center frequency difference between each frequency band is equal. In this method, different usable non-uniformly spaced frequency bands are transmitted and received, and the received signal is rearranged according to the division condition. We show the target ranging evaluation results of the proposed algorithm by computer simulation.
