(in English) There is a possibility that the Internet will be shut down in the event of a disaster.Consider how to share information under such circumstances.In this paper, we focus on the network environment and applications used in disaster evacuation shelter management and will proceed with the proposal and implementation of concrete environmental construction method about how each evacuation center situation is grasped by disaster countermeasures headquarters.
