Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, printed circuit board with multi-layer are increasing since advanced technology makes electronic circuits high-density. Then, a number of vias to connect each layer are used and slots are put on a ground. The existence of slots is issue for circuit designs because there is a possibility of enlarging undesired emission. In this report, undesired emission was measured and analyzed by the FDTD method when the slot is placed just below the microstrip line on the PCB. By the measurement results and the analysis results, it was shown that effect of emission from PCB with a narrow slot is almost little but as slot width increases, electric field intensity increases.
